Slow Food is an international non-profit organisation whose manifesto defines its objective as "protection of the right to taste". It was created in Italy in 1986, and it has been taking up the challenge of protecting and supporting small regional food manufacturers ever since – in particular manufacturers of regional and unique food, unavailable anywhere else in the world. Those are mostly healthy and traditional products, free from any artificial enhancers.
Poland has about a dozen restaurants recommended by Slow Food. This recommendation is an honour for Park Hotel, while for its guests – a guarantee of excellent food quality.
