As the virus is transmitted in contact with people, we have taken the following proactive preventive measures:

- Before check-in, our cleaning staff disinfects all sensitive surfaces in your room as part of our strict cleaning procedures.

- Additional dispensers for hand disinfection are available at the hotel reception desk and we recommend guests to use them before meals and after returning to the hotel.

- All hotel staff are reminded of the best hygienic practices for minimizing the risk of virus spread.

- Disinfectants were used in the hotel's main public areas and follow-up treatments were planned.

- If you want to have a meal with more people, we have rooms at your disposal which are isolated from the rest of the guests.

- We have introduced increased safety measures for breakfast

- The tables in the Hotel Restaurant and in the Breakfast Room are located min. 2 meters apart

- Elements such as handles, menu cards, payment terminals are disinfected after each transaction

Guests experiencing symptoms such as fever, coughing or breathing difficulties are asked to contact the reception for immediate assistance.
