In 2013, the Park Hotel Restaurant in Szczecin received the SlowFood award. Our cuisine combines local specialties and traditional recipes with inspirations from all over the world, creating a unique top-level blend of tastes and flavours. The restaurant menu changes every season, and the dishes are prepared only from fresh and natural ingredients.

Our customers value the unique taste of the food served in the Park Hotel Restaurant and visit us regularly. We try to bring out the natural taste of every dish.

Our international cuisine has been recognised by Slow Food, whose recommendation we have been enjoying since 2013. The dishes of our Head Chef are appreciated by food connoisseurs from across the world, and they have been awarded in a number of cooking contests.

Tomasz Madera, Head Chef of the Park Hotel Restaurant, uses natural ingredients and modern cooking methods, such as Sous Vide, to bring out the excellent taste of food while preserving its high nutritional value. Guests who wish to experience a true culinary adventure can try our tasting menu with elements of molecular cooking. These 7 spectacular dishes, exciting in form and unique in taste, will delight many a palate.

Our experienced employees will help you organise any type of events. The Restaurant’s excellent location in Szczecin city centre and in the heart of a green park, along with the enchanting atmosphere of our hotel, makes it a great venue for both large and small meetings. We will help you organise:

Good location. Close to the city centre, in a quiet neighbourhood. You can easily take an afternoon stroll in the park or walk downtown. The atmosphere in the hotel is nice and friendly, and service is excellent. Small but well furnished rooms. A cosy garden, a good restaurant and wonderful breakfasts. No manned parking lot but the area is covered by a surveillance system. I recommend it.
