On the occasion of 100 years of Poland's regaining independence, Park Hotel joins the Culinary Union of Poland action.

This is a special edition of the Polish Culinary Treasures programme. Its aim is to "celebrate the 100th anniversary of Poland's regaining independence from the culinary perspective - together with restaurateurs, chefs and cooks - in their premises, but also as part of our special events" - says the organizer of the program, Makro company.
