Cooking SHOW by Kris Basznianin and Mariusz Siwak
We invite all those who love good food on 5 March at 7 PM to a cooking show by top chefs representing modern cuisine. Specially for the inhabitants of Szczecin, the chefs will prepare 10 exquisite dishes, with the world's best wines selected by a sommelier.
You will be able to try manta ray, thymus, red deer and many more delicious culinary surprises. Szczecin has never witnessed such a feast before!
Kris Basznianin lives in Copenhagen. He worked in well-known and star-awarded restaurants in the USA (Seattle and New York), Denmark, Sweden, Faroe Islands, a luxurious resort in Tanzania savannah and in the best restaurant in the Republic of South Africa. He is currently pursuing his own projects connected with working with Robert Cortez and his CR8. He is also a mentor in the Food Think Tank avant-garde project in Poland.
Mariusz Siwak is the Head Chef at Park Hotel, and his achievements include winning a medal at the Culinary Olympics in Erfurt. He has cooked with Wojciech Amaro – Poland's only winner of a Michelin star – and with other famous experts in the field.
